Pembroke
This Comprehensive Transportation Plan (CTP) study is a long range plan, which identifies major transportation improvement needs and develops long term solutions for the next 25 to 30 years. This plan was a joint effort between the town of Pembroke, the Lumber River Rural Planning Organization, and NCDOT. The CTP was adopted by the Robeson County Commissioners November 5, 2012; and the Town of Pembroke on November 19, 2012. This plan was then endorsed by the Lumber River RPO on November 26, 2012; recommended by the Transportation Planning Branch on May 9, 2013; and was mutually adopted by NCDOT on June 6, 2013.
