The CTP was adopted by Norwood August 1, 2011; Oakboro July 5, 2011; Stanfield June 30, 2011; Richfield July 25, 2011; Misenheimer July 11, 2011; Stanly County August 15, 2011; and endorsed by the RRRPO November 17, 2011. The plan was adopted by the Board of Transportation on January 5th, 2012. This CTP is currently going through an update process that will cover the entire county of Stanly.
