    ​! 08.18.2022 – ISSUE - Rejection Reason (manual fix).  When entering the reason for rejecting a FHWA 1391 form, do not use quotation marks in the Rejection Response field as it interferes with application coding in the background.  We will work on a solution for next year, however for this year, please do not use quotation marks in your Rejection Response. ​

    ü​ 08.12.22 – ISSUE RESOLVED!  Our developers have corrected the issue affecting the Subcontractor and 2nd Tier Review pages and they are now working correctly.  Prime contractors and Subcontractors may now resume reviewing completed FHWA 1391 forms.   ​​

    ü​ 08.10.22 – UPDATE: Deadline Extension All 1391 Reports are due to the Resident Engineer on or before August 22nd, (not August 15th). We are working on the 1391 Approval issue on the Subcontractor and 2nd Tier review pages.  ​

    ​​Your company will receive an e-mail containing a Pass Key unique to your firm that will give you access to a list of projects your firm is required to report on. You will receive it mid-July.  If you do not receive it by end of July, please contact us. ​​

  • When will I get my 1391 Password?

     You will receive it mid-July.  If you do not receive it by end of July, please contact us. ​​

  • What if my Password does not work?

    ​Navigate to the FHWA 1391 Logon​  page.  Complete the top portion of the page, then click 'I need Password Help' at the bottom of the page to submit a request.  ​

  • How do I update the email address to receive the 1391 Form?

    ​Navigate to the FHWA 1391 Logon​  page.  Complete the top portion of the page, then click 'Update My email address' at the bottom of the page to submit a request.  ​

  • What Internet browser should I use?

    The recommended browser is Microsoft Edge for full functionality.  Chrome is supported as well.  Other browsers are not supported.

  • What if my Firm isn't listed?
