All work zone traffic control devices to remain after the completion of the project shall be shown on the Final Pavement Marking Plans. These devices are to be designed, specified and paid for by the Work Zone Traffic Control Plans. This includes but is not limited to ROAD CLOSED barriers, water filled barrier and permanent markings installed in a previous traffic control phase.
