Any changes made to a project before it is let to contract are corrections; any changes
after letting are revisions.
Revisions are usually made due to "S" dimension verifications for ground mounted and overhead signs. Occasionally, there will be other revisions (signs added, messages changed, sign deleted, alignment adjusted etc.). Follow through on any corrections and/or changes made. Distribute the revisions to all personnel; update all plans and files.
