Please note if you haven't been to the NCID website (not our application) and changed your password within the last 12 months, your NCID has been deactivated and you are being directed to this page.
After you have your NCID and password, and have registered it with us, you will now have access to our online application.
Type in your Tax Id and click on "Look Up" to find for your firm.
Select your firm and select what type of action you wish to complete.
Click "Next" and complete the information on your screen.
