    GOAL FOR
    North Carolina Department of Transportation
    Integrated Mobility Division​

    The North Carolina Department of Transportation Integrated Mobility Division (NCDOT-IMD) hereby publishes a proposed overall goal for its Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program for FY 2023 – FY 2025.  The proposed overall goal is 4.31% for all federally funded projects in FY 2023 – FY 2025.  The methodology used in developing this goal is available for review and comment - please click here​.
