No, I do not have an NCID Business Account.

You'll need an NCID Business account to access team sites on Connect NCDOT. Follow the steps outlined below to have an account created for you.

  • Step 1Get an NCID 'Business Account.' Click the 'Get Your Account' button & fill out the form located on the NCID web site.

    Don't forget to choose the 'Business Account' option on the first page of the form. It is required to access our sites.

  • Step 2Wait for the NCID activation email.
  • Step 3Click on the link in the email to confirm your email address. If you do not do this step you will have to re-register again after 3 days.
  • Step 4Submit your NCID account information to the owner of the Team Site you are trying to access.
  • Step 5Once your NCID is synced and added to the DOT site you will receive another email letting you know you have been added and You must then follow the link in the email to change your password BEFORE YOU CAN ACCESS the DOT site.​
