To assist Local Government Agencies, or LGAs, who receive federal and state money to develop and deliver projects, NCDOT is developing a flowchart with step-by-step instructions and links to resource materials and checklists that include timelines, anticipated schedules, EBS guidance, and contact information to help guide LGAs through the process from beginning to end.
