Lenoir County
The Lenoir County Comprehensive Transportation Plan (CTP) is a joint effort between Lenoir County, its municipalities, the Eastern Carolina Rural Planning Organization (ECRPO), and the NCDOT – Transportation Planning Division. ***
The CTP Maps and Recommendations were adopted by the municipalities and county on the following dates: Kinston (June 4, 2018), La Grange (June 4, 2018), Lenoir County Transportation Committee (June 6, 2018), Pink Hill (June 25, 2018), Lenoir County (July 16, 2018), and the Eastern Carolina RPO (July 19, 2018). The North Carolina Board of Transportation Mutually Adopted the Lenoir County CTP on August 2, 2018.
