This Comprehensive Transportation Plan (CTP) study is a long-range plan, which identifies major transportation improvement needs and develops long-term solutions for the next 25 to 30 years. The Pasquotank County CTP is a joint effort between Pasquotank County, Elizabeth City Albemarle Rural Planning Organization, and NCDOT – Transportation Planning Branch. The Pasquotank County CTP was adopted by Elizabeth City on November 11, 2015. The Pasquotank County Commissioners unanimously adopted the Pasquotank County CTP on January 11, 2016. The Pasquotank County CTP was endorsed by the Albemarle Rural Planning Organization on January 27, 2016. The North Carolina Board of Transportation mutually adopted the Pasquotank County CTP on February 4, 2016.
