The North Carolina Department of Transportation shall not be held liable for any errors in the Transportation Data Management System.  This includes errors of omission, commission, errors concerning the content of the data, and relative and positional accuracy of the data. This data cannot be construed to be a legal document. NCDOT cannot guarantee the accuracy of the underlying data, nor will NCDOT assume any liability for the misuse, misinterpretation, or misrepresentation of the requested documents.

Also, please note that the Annual Average Daily Traffic (AADT) displayed for the current and previous year is only a preliminary estimate; updated adjustment factors have not yet been applied to the traffic count information to produce a final AADT.

​Final values for previous year are completed by the end of current year's summer (for example, 2020 data set finalized Summer 2021). NCDOT Traffic Survey Group requests full attribution for the use of this data in presentations, calculations, displays or other uses.
AADT values are generated estimates. These values are unrounded and should be rounded by the user according to AASHTO Rounding Rules displayed on our Resource tab at: https://connect.ncdot.gov/resources/State-Mapping/Pages/Traffic-Monitoring-Reports-Statistics.aspx​.
