The Rebuilding American Infrastructure with Sustainability and Equity (RAISE) grant program helps communities throughout the United States make much needed infrastructure improvements. SAFE Lumberton is a grant for which the City is applying to create Safer Access For Everyone. The RAISE grant will specifically improve pedestrian safety and multimodal access into the downtown area.
