For Hard Copy Posters, an 8' x 4' board will be available in the Exhibit Hall. Please bring your own hanging supplies (push pins, velcro, tape, stapler, etc.) Please hang your poster by Noon on Wednesday, Feb 27th, 2019.
Poster Session will be held Wednesday, the 27th between 5:00 and 7:00 pm. You should plan on being by your poster to showcase and answer any questions during this time. Voting will be held from Wednesday at 1:00 pm until the exhibit hall closes on Thursday at 6:00 pm.
You must remove your poster by Friday noon. We cannot be responsible for posters or equipment that are not removed.
