~ There is still some confusion on the pay item for galvanized piles when partial galvanizing is required or both galvanized and black piles are used on a structure.
 
 ~ Bottom of footing elevations appeared to have been set too high for some of the bents on pile footings.
 
 ~ Pile footings appeared to have a large number of piles.
 
 ~ Pile bents are preferred over post and beam bents on pile footings.
 
 A/I ~ Discuss order of bent type preference at the ACEC-DOT Joint committee and/or lunch and learn session.
 
 A/I ~ Geotechnical Engineering will review resistance factors used for design, with regard to the pile driving analyzer (PDA) data collected since LRFD was implemented.
~ Project with 8 bridges, 1 culvert and 8 walls.
 
 ~ 3 of the structures will consist only of end bents. For funding reasons, the superstructures will be constructed at a later date.
 
 ~ Structure 8 (curved girder bridge) will have a visual barrier attached to the barrier rail.
 
 ~ Structure 5 (tank trail bridge) utilized cored slabs without an overlay.
 
 ~ Rebar from void hold down system in the cored slabs were left projecting out of the slab.
