Issues: Five-span modified bulb tee bridge with continuous bents; there are erosion issues under one corner of the end bent cap on the north side (End Bent #2) of the US-221 North bridge (Structure #3); the bottom of the cap, the concrete collar around the exterior HP pile, and more than a foot of pile below the collar are completely exposed
