Issues:
Noted erosion under one end bent cap corner; also noted that the distance from the end of the end bent cap to the first HP pile was approximately 6 feet (which matches the details in the contract plans); this distance is typically around 1.5 feet
Issues:
The 3-bar metal rail had been impacted; noted that the concrete break-out that occurred around the rail post was very similar to that predicted in ACI-318 Appendix D
