NCDOT is using DocuSign to execute Agreements. Local Government Agencies (LGA) working with NCDOT do not need a DocuSign account. The LGA will receive a DocuSign email/link and the Agreement will route to all parties for signature. All parties will receive an electronic copy of the fully executed Agreement.
If the LGA submits a partially executed Agreement in writing to the Local Programs Management Office (LPMO), it will be executed via DocuSign by NCDOT.
