G.S. 143B-350(f)(4a) requires that the NCDOT publish a schedule of State highway maintenance projects and their anticipated costs. This schedule is designated the Highway Maintenance Improvement Program (HMIP) and is established in G.S. 136-44.3A. The published schedule shall include the anticipated funding sources for the improvement projects included in the HMIP, a list of any changes made from the previous year’s HMIP, and the reasons for the changes.
HMIP effective until January 1, 2020
