  • Disaster Recovery

    ​The Disaster Recovery Section provides support to both internal and external forces in responding to and recovering from federally declared and non-declared state disasters. When activated, this section conducts its operations out of the State Emergency Operations Center. It is the liaison between NCDOT and other members of the State Emergency Response Team.

  • MOA Participants

    The Memorandum Of Agreement (MOA) is a formal agreement between NCDOT and local governments in which NCDOT releases authority to local governments to pick up and dispose of storm related vegetative debris from NCDOT secondary routes after a federal emergency declaration is made.​
