NCTA is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for qualified proposers to provide a roadside toll collection system (RTCS) and associated operations and maintenance for the Monroe Expressway, which will include All-Electronic Tolling (AET), and for the US-74 Express Lanes, which will include AET dynamic-pricing capabilities.
