The North Carolina
Turnpike Authority (NCTA) has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) to provide
Wrong-Way Driver Detection & Notification Systems. NCTA is interested in
soliciting Proposals from qualified Proposers to provide solutions for
wrong-way driver detection, deterrence, notification technology and services in
various scenarios applicable to current and future toll facility projects in
North Carolina.
