NCTA is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified proposers to provide an all-electronic tolling (AET) roadside toll collection system (RTCS), intelligent transportation systems (ITS) and associated operations and maintenance for the Triangle Expressway (including the new Morrisville Parkway Interchange) and Complete 540 (extension of the Triangle Expressway).
