As an End User, you can choose to simply read and use the Connect NCDOT website as needed. But, SharePoint offers a number of features that let you download files, sort and filter lists, create alerts, and email links. You can find out how to do these tasks in the Help Files and Videos.
While no class training is provided to end users, there are Presentations and Exercises that can be adapted for self-paced training.
