• ?How do I reset my password?

    Password resets and additional account management takes place on the main NCID web site.

  • ?I’m unable to sign in.

    ​Your NCID Account maybe locked.  Please visit the main NCID web site to unlock it. 

    Your account must also be activated via email link. If you've signed up for a new account and have activated, please do so.  Check your spam folder if you don't see the message.

    And remember you need to type "NCID\" before your username for access.

  • ?I have an NCID Account but cannot access parts of the Connect NCDOT web site.

    Accessing the Connect NCDOT web site requires an NCID Business Account. Then, that NCID Account needs to be linked to the specific Team Site you are attempting to access. This can be accomplished by forwarding your NCID Business Account information to your NCDOT Business Contact.

  • ?I lost/forgot my password.

    If you have an NCID Business Account and need your password reset, please visit the NCID web site. After answering a series of security questions, you will be able to create a new password for your account.

  • ?Signing in with Google Chrome on Mac OSX

    For Apple Mac OSX users, you must use Safari or Mozilla Firefox as your browser when signing into an NCDOT SharePoint site like Connect NCDOT.  Google Chrome is not supported, and will not let you access the site.
