The North Carolina Turnpike Authority (NCTA) has released a Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking Technical and Price Proposals from qualified proposing Contractors (“Proposers”) capable of providing a transition to a modern, low-infrastructure toll collection system. The ideal system shall leverage current industry technologies to maximize revenue collection and be designed to grow over the life of the program.
