The North Carolina Turnpike Authority (NCTA) released a Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking proposals from qualified proposing Contractors (“Proposers”) interested in providing a transition to a modern, low-infrastructure toll collection system. The ideal system shall leverage current industry technologies to maximize revenue collection and be designed to grow over the life of the program.
