  • 001 - Communication

  • Communication with the North Carolina Department of Transportation Integrated Mobility Division

  • Current and future partners of the North Carolina Department of Transportation Integrated Mobility Division (IMD) will need to register and maintain contact information to correctly consult, report, and receive reimbursement from IMD.

Delegation of Authority: A Delegation of Authority must be submitted to IMD upon award of the first grant and with any designation change that disrupts the current delegation of authority. IMD will follow the delegation of authority to conduct official business. An Authorized Official is designated by the entity’s Governing Board by a Resolution.
Communication with Local Officials: The Delegation of Authority Form will be used by IMD to communicate findings in oversight and monitoring reviews, late reporting, and financial concerns when deemed necessary.  See Attachment 00-1.
IMD Staff Assignments: IMD Staff designated to provide support to subrecipients of Federal and state funds have been identified per regional area of the State and for the areas of Finance, Planning, Safety, Education and Compliance.
Online Resources: IMD provides resources for current and future subrecipients on the website (Link).
