Ashe County
Ashe County was last mutually adopted by the North Carolina Board of Transportation on 2010. The 2022 update of this plan is nearing completion. It is a joint effort between Ashe County, the municipalities of Jefferson, West Jefferson, and Lansing, the High Country Rural Planning Organization, and NCDOT. This plan update will evaluate current and future conditions for highway, bicycle, pedestrian, and public transportation modes. It is currently under study, and more information will be posted here as it becomes available.
