Over the last few years, NCDOT has been developing business practices that will withstand changes in workforce dynamics while serving North Carolina's transportation needs well into the future. We have documented our processes, created manuals for guidance, and trained our staff for effective project delivery.
The mission of IPD was to create a culture where we promise what we are going to do and deliver what we promise and is still at the forefront of our minds at NCDOT. We will continue to improve project delivery with transparent, repeatable and accountable processes that are effective and efficient.
As the culture has been embraced, the need for a specific IPD site has diminished; therefore, we are transitioning to utilizing the tools that have been created through this effort. Future content will be housed under the Project Management Connect site.
