Tabor City
A Comprehensive Transportation Plan (CTP) is a long range multimodal plan that identifies transportation improvement need and proposes solutions for the next 25 to 30 years. The Town of Tabor City CTP is a plan that looks toward the year 2040. It is a joint effort between the Town of Tabor City, Columbus County, Cape Fear Rural Planning Organization (RPO) and the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT). The Tabor City CTP was adopted by NCDOT Board of Transportation on April 2, 2015.
