Duplin County
The Duplin County Comprehensive Transportation Plan (CTP) is a joint effort between Duplin County, its municipalities, the Eastern Carolina Rural Planning Organization (ECRPO), and the NCDOT – Transportation Planning Branch. Currently, recommendations have been made for all of the transportation modes.
