This plan is a joint effort between the following: \r\nJohnston County, \r\nThe municipalities of Benson, Clayton, Four Oaks, Kenly, Micro, Selma, Smithfield, and Wilson Mills, \r\nThe Capital Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (CAMPO), \r\nThe Upper Coast Plain Rural Planning Organization (UCP RPO), and \r\nand NCDOT.\r\n\r\nThis plan will provide an update to the existing Thoroughfare Plans and Comprehensive Plans in the County. It should create a unified and coordinated plan for Johnston County.\r\n\r\n
