McDowell County
This plan was a joint effort between McDowell County, the Town of Old Fort, the Isothermal Rural Planning Organization, and NCDOT. The CTP was adopted by McDowell County on November 5, 2012 and the Town of Old Fort on January 14, 2013. This plan was endorsed by the Isothermal RPO on February 27, and it was mutually adopted by NCDOT on April 4, 2013.
