Vance
A Comprehensive Transportation Plan (CTP) is being developed for Vance County. This plan is a joint effort between Vance County and its municipalities, North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) and the Kerr-Tar Rural Planning Organization (RPO). Last updated December13, 2012.\r\n\r\nThe CTP was adopted by Vance County on August 6, 2012, the city of Henderson on August 27, 2012, endorsed by the Albemarle RPO on August 22, 2012, and mutually adopted by NCDOT on October 4, 2012.
