  • What’s Happening Now

    Prioritization 7.0 (P7)

    The P7 Workgroup met monthly from October 2022 through May 2023.  Workgroup recommendations were presented to the NC Board of Transportation on and approved on June 6, 2023.

    Project submittal opened to Prioritization partners in early July 2023 and closed on October 27.  Project scoring is complete, and quantitative scores along with programmed Statewide Mobility projects were released on May 24.  Regional Impact Local Input Point assignment is now underway.  See "Upcoming Key Dates" below and the P7 Schedule posted to the right for more information on the P7 timeline.

    2024-2033 STIP

    The final 2024-2033 STIP was adopted by the NC Board of Transportation in June 2023.  More information on the STIP can be found under "Other Links" on the right.

    All P5 methodologies (the most recent cycle approved) can be in the archives of the Prioritization Data page, as well as NCDOT Division Engineer preliminary and final local input point assignments.
     
    MPO and RPO local input point assignments can be found at each organization's website.
     
    P7 methodology information will be updated as the P7 cycle progresses.
