Step 1: Register for an NCID Business Account

New users need an NCID Business account to sign in to the On‑the‑Job Training Connect Site.

Note for Existing Users: If you already have an active NCID Business account, you may proceed to Step 2 and submit the form below to request site access.

New users — follow these steps:

  1. Register for your NCID Business account.
    Important:
    • Choose a username clearly related to your name
      (e.g., FirstInitialMiddleInitialLastName — John R. Doe → johndoe or johnrdoe).
    • Use the business email address issued by your employer.
  2. Respond to the NCID confirmation email.

Step 2: Submit the Site Access Request Form

Once your Business NCID account has been created, submit the Site Access Request Form below.

Your NCID must be active for access to be approved.

This process is not automated. Please allow up to two business days for your request to be processed. Any issues with your NCID setup may delay access.
