    IMPORTANT MESSAGES FOR 2025

    8.7.25 Issue - RE Dashboard

    Users have reported receiving a PDF Error message when clicking on the View Report button on the Awaiting RE Decision or when clicking on View 1391 Form on the All Contractors tab.  This issue has been submitted to the development team.  They are working on a fix now.

    ​Contractors on Federal-aid projects must submit an Annual EEO Report each July for the duration of the project, indicating the number of minority, women, and non-minority group employees currently engaged in each work classification and training program required by the contract.

    Below are the most commonly asked questions: 

  • What is my Password?

    The company password is the same as the 2024 password.  If you do not remember it, go to the login page, complete the form (except Password) and click on Password Help at the bottm of the form. Follow the prompts and an email will be sent to the email address used on the form. 

  • When will I get my 1391 Password?

    The company password is the same as the 2024 password.  If you do not remember it, go to the login page, complete the form (except Password) and click on Password Help at the bottm of the form. Follow the prompts and an email will be sent to the email address used on the form. ​

  • What if my Password does not work?

    ​Navigate to the FHWA 1391 Logon​  page.  Complete the top portion of the page (except Password), then click 'Password Help' at the bottom of the page.  Follow the prompts to submit a request.  ​

  • How do I update the email address to receive the 1391 Form?

    ​Navigate to the FHWA 1391 Logon​  page.  Complete the top portion of the page, then click 'Update My email address' at the bottom of the page to submit a request.  ​

  • What Internet browser should I use?

    The recommended browser is Microsoft Edge for full functionality.  Chrome is supported as well.  Other browsers are not supported.

  • What if my Firm isn't listed?

    Please send an email with the firm name, contract number and issue to:  fhwa1391support@ncdot.gov ​
