• Certification Orientation Workshops

    The North Carolina Department of Transportation Office of Civil Rights office will host three certification orientation workshops this fall for newly certified disadvantaged business enterprises, small business enterprises and small professional services firms. The workshops will be held from 1 – 2:30 p.m. Oct. 10, Nov. 14 and Dec. 10.

     

    The monthly workshops will:

    • Explain how to do business with NCDOT and prime contractors
    • Describe the prequalification process
    • Review various contracting opportunities
    • Demonstrate how to navigate NCDOT's website
    • Explain advantages of certifications
