IMPORTANT MESSAGES FOR 2026
The Federal Highway
Administration will not be requiring the submittal of the 2026 Annual EEO
Report (Form FHWA 1392). With the change
in federal requirements, NCDOT will not be collecting FHWA 1391 data on
federal-aid contracts.
