The AI & Technology Branch leads with data and technology-related strategy, priority setting, decision making, programs, projects and initiatives for the Department. The branch serves as a key partner to the North Carolina Department of Information Technology Transportation Division (DITT) to ensure DITT projects are delivered efficiently and effectively and ensure DITT project outcomes align with NCDOT goals. The branch establishes and manages systems, processes, structures, and resources to successfully implement data and technology governance, enterprise data integration and technology strategy, and data analytics programs to inform strategy and decision making.
